Refund policy

Please read listings and view photos closely before making your purchase. Items are refunded at the discretion of Crystal Darlings. We do not accept returns for change of mind circumstances, this includes exchanges. The Crystal Darlings team carefully examines each order before it is packaged and shipped. In the rare case of a piece being damaged in transit; please provide photo evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

To initiate a return or ask a return related question, contact us via email at hello@crystaldarlings.ca. If your return request is granted, we will contact you with further instructions on return shipping and refunds. Reimbursement will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
